Which I suppose is only fitting since I hate eating anything with coconuts. Side-story: I bought some sugar cookies from the Whole Foods bakery last month and after 3 or 4 I felt nauseas and wanted to vomit. Turns out there were coconut strips inside! Blech!
Back on topic…coconut oil and my hair aren't friends. I can only assume it causes protein overload in my fine protein-sensitive strands. It makes my hair knot and feel rough, similar to my Aveda incident. Which is
